Survey: Feedback on the Opposition Procedure at the European Patent Office (EPO)

As part of its quality management system, the European Patent Office (EPO) carries out ongoing reviews of the quality of its services and the efficiency of its procedures.

On behalf of the EPO, BERENT is currently carrying out a telephone survey on Opposition work done by the EPO examiners. Participants will be chosen from a random selection of patentees, opponents and representatives.
