WIPO User Satisfaction Surveys 2023/2024: PCT

We are excited to announce the launch of the PCT User Satisfaction Survey 2023/2024, which BERENT is conducting on WIPO behalf. User input will help WIPO better understand user needs, enhance WIPO services, and ensure that WIPO continues to meet and exceed user expectations.

The survey questions are related to satisfaction with WIPO’s PCT-related services. Respondents are also given the opportunity to provide textual comments and identify areas of suggested improvement.

User feedback will have a direct impact on the refinement of WIPO services, benefiting not only individual users but the entire WIPO user network.

We will reach out to companies and individuals who have been involved in a range of activities, such as processing PCT applications, filing PCT applications, handling payments, directing inquiries to PCT Infoline, or attending PCT-themed seminars and presentations.
