WIPO User Satisfaction Surveys 2023/2024: Madrid System

WIPO has launched its biennial Madrid System Customer Satisfaction Survey 2023/2024, with BERENT overseeing the survey on behalf of WIPO. Customer input will play a crucial role in helping WIPO gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and in enhancing WIPO services.

The survey’s questions are focused on measuring customer satisfaction with WIPO’s services related to the Madrid System. Additionally, customers will have the opportunity to provide written comments and suggest areas for improvement.

We will reach out to customers of WIPO services or customers who have contacted WIPO about its services. The survey will include individuals who took part in a variety of activities, such as filing international trademark applications, managing international trademark registrations, processing international trademark applications and requests, submitting inquiries, participating in Madrid System-themed seminars and presentations, and handling payments.

We strongly encourage all eligible Madrid System customers to take this opportunity for creating an impact. Your responses will be of great significance in assisting WIPO to provide better services.
