WIPO User Satisfaction Surveys 2023/2024: Hague System

Launching the third phase of the User Satisfaction Surveys for the 2023/2024 term, WIPO is focusing its attention on the Hague System, with BERENT carrying out the survey on behalf of WIPO. The survey aims to gain a more profound insight into user needs and will significantly contribute to improving WIPO Hague System services.

The survey questions aim to gauge user satisfaction concerning WIPO’s services associated with the Hague System. Furthermore, users will be able to offer written feedback and suggest areas for enhancement.

We will reach out to users of WIPO services or users who have contacted WIPO about its services. The survey will encompass individuals involved in various activities within the Hague System, such as filing and processing applications, renewing and managing registrations, submitting inquiries through Contact Hague, using Hague System information resources, and processing payments.
User feedback is pivotal in enabling WIPO to better comprehend its user needs, thus we encourage all eligible Hague System users to participate in the survey and provide their valuable feedback.
