Survey: European Patent Office survey on patent commercialisation

The European Patent Office have commissioned BERENT Deutschland GmbH, an international research agency, to carry out a survey into how SMEs exploit patented inventions commercially, either within their company or through outside partners.

The results of this survey will give the EPO important information on which the Office can base future decisions and will enable the Office to provide the best possible service to the users of the European patent system.
