Survey: Feedback on the Opposition Procedure at the European Patent Office (EPO)

As part of its quality management system, the European Patent Office (EPO) continuously reviews both the quality and efficiency of all of their services and procedures.

Therefore, BERENT are currently conducting a telephone survey on their behalf with regards to the Opposition work undertaken by their examiners. Participants will be chosen randomly from a selection of patentees, opponents and representatives.
