EUIPO User Satisfaction Survey

The market research agency, BERENT, will carry out a user satisfaction survey on behalf of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

EUIPO is committed to providing the best service and quality to its users. In line with this commitment to continuous improvement, the EUIPO is looking to examine its current performance across a broad range of products and services, so as to get a clear picture of users’ perception of the EUIPO and the services provided.

On behalf of the EUIPO, BERENT is currently contacting a sample of applicants and representatives inviting them to participate in the aforementioned survey.
