Three out of every Four Danish Consumers are Frustrated with Customer Service

Following a recent market research initiative among Danish consumers, the disturbing results reflect that three out of every four consumers are both irritated and frustrated generally with customer service.

The dissatisfaction tends to be at the highest level among the younger consumers. It should be noted that Danes are more likely to be affected negatively when dealing with customer services than the fear of visiting their dentist.

The research and analysis was conducted by the market research institute BERENT on behalf of Zendesk during the period 9 June 2017 to 7 July 2017. For this purpose, a cross population of 1,006 Danes were interviewed online.
