BERENT is pleased to announce that it has again been awarded the framework contract by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) to conduct its customer experience survey (CXS).
BERENT has been providing research-based insight to EUIPO since 2018, delivering insight to measure and understand the experiences and satisfaction of EUIPO customers across its services. The new framework contract continues this long-standing cooperation.
