BERENT is proud to announce the successful completion of the WIPO Pulse 2025 survey — the world’s largest study on public awareness and perceptions of intellectual property (IP). Conducted on behalf of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), this year’s edition reached 35,500 respondents across 74 countries. The results were presented at the official public launch event attended by delegates from United Nations member states.
The survey was built on the effective methodology established in 2023, ensuring year-over-year comparison and deeper insights into evolving global attitudes toward innovation.
The results reveal a clear worldwide trend: awareness and trust in IP systems continue to rise. Beyond awareness, the survey indicates strong global confidence in the economic value of IP. Respondents consistently agreed that IP rights help ensure fair compensation for creators and strengthen trust in innovative products and services.
We are pleased to support WIPO in carrying out this important research and helping build a better understanding of IP around the world.
