BERENT Commences User Satisfaction Surveys for the EPO 2024/2025

We are delighted to announce that our company is launching new series of User Satisfaction Surveys (USS) for the European Patent Office (EPO).

These surveys will offer a quantitative assessment of user satisfaction with the European Patent system, including feedback from both applicants and representatives.

BERENT will conduct eight surveys from September 2024 through March 2025, covering the following areas:

• Search services
• Examination services, final actions, and publications
• Opposition services
• Formalities services
• Customer services
• Key account management
• Filing services
• EPO website experience

We are focused on making sure that each interview is thorough yet straightforward, with complete anonymity guaranteed. All answers will be treated in confidence and used for statistical purposes only.
