WIPO user satisfaction surveys 2025/2026: Madrid System

The 2025/2026 Madrid System User Satisfaction Survey has officially been launched. The study is being conducted by BERENT on behalf of WIPO. 

Collecting user insights is key to helping WIPO identify evolving needs, refine Madrid System–related services, and maintain service standards that reflect user expectations. 

This survey examines users’ experiences with WIPO’s Madrid System services and invites participants to provide feedback, including suggestions for future improvements. 

Invitations will be sent to users who interact with the Madrid System in various ways, such as filing, managing or processing trademark applications, handling payments, communicating with Madrid Registry agents, or participating in Madrid System webinars and in-person training events. 

All eligible users are strongly encouraged to contribute. Your feedback will help to enhance Madrid System services, ensuring they remain aligned with user priorities.
