WIPO User Satisfaction Surveys 2025/2026: PCT

The PCT User Satisfaction Survey 2025/2026 is now underway, conducted by BERENT on behalf of WIPO.

User feedback plays a vital role in helping WIPO better understand their needs, enhance PCT-related services, and ensure that WIPO continues to meet user expectations.

The survey focuses on user satisfaction with WIPO’s PCT services. Participants will also have the chance to share written comments and suggest areas for improvement.

We will be reaching out to users involved in a variety of PCT activities, including filing or processing applications, handling payments, contacting the PCT Infoline, or attending PCT seminars and presentations.

We strongly encourage all eligible users to take part in this important initiative. Your feedback supports the ongoing development of the PCT services aligned with user priorities.
