EUIPO has launched its Customer Experience Survey 2026 (former Customer Satisfaction Survey) to better understand customer’s experiences across core services of the Office. The survey is carried out by BERENT.
The survey focuses on customer’s practical experience with the following procedures:
The objective of the survey is to gather direct, experience-based feedback from customers who have recently interacted with these procedures. The results will help the Office identify what works well and where improvements can be made, ensuring that EUIPO services continue to meet customer’s needs in an efficient and customer-focused manner.
