Vaida Broecher (LL.M., PRINCE2)

Vaida has worked as an associate member of the BERENT team in Germany since 2006.
Since 2013 is Managing Director of UAB BERENT Research Baltic based in Vilnius.
In 2017 achieved PRINCE2 project management certification.

As a consultant and researcher Vaida has been involved in projects in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, energy, media, advertising and the public sector. Vaida offers a excellent problem-solving ability and a logical approach to single-country as well as multi-jurisdictional situations. Vaida has supported clients in Scandinavia, the Baltic countries as well as a number of other EU and non EU countries.

In the past, Vaida has worked as Sr. Lawyer at Central Project Management Agency and Klaipeda State Seaport Authority in Lithuania.

Vaida is fluent in Lithuanian, German and English and holds a LL.M with a specialisation in Business Law.
