Markus joined BERENT in 2001. During his career with BERENT, Markus has gained experience in all sorts of operation issues around surveys conducted by CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) and CAWI (computer assisted web interview / self-completed questionnaire / online surveys)”.

Markus is network engineer and is fluent in German and English.
